Use Google Address Autocomplete inside Zoho CRM

Follow these steps to launch the widget, select a Google address result, review formatting, and map the final address into the correct Zoho CRM fields.

Keep the selected address group in mind before mapping. Contacts support Mailing and Other Address fields; Accounts, Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders support Billing and Shipping address fields.

Install the extension from Zoho Marketplace

Sign in to Zoho CRM, open the marketplace listing, and install the Google Address Autocomplete Widget for your CRM account.

Configure your Google Maps API key

Open the extension configuration page and save a valid Google Maps API key with billing and Places access enabled.

Open the widget from a supported CRM record

Create or edit a record in Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, or Vendors, then launch Google Autocomplete.

Choose country, language, and API mode

Select the search country, choose the language for Google address results, and use the New Places API toggle if your Google project supports it.

Select a country-specific address language

Open the language settings and pick from the available language options for the selected country. The widget interface stays in English.

Search for the address

Type part of the address and choose the correct Google suggestion from the autocomplete results.

Review the parsed address summary

After selecting a suggestion, confirm the street, city, province or state, postal code, and country before mapping.

Adjust address formatting when needed

Use Select Street, Select City, and Select Province to choose the most useful address component values for your CRM fields.

Map billing, shipping, or both address sections

For Accounts, Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders, select Shipping Address, Billing Address, or both.

Map contact mailing, other, or both address sections

For Contacts, select Mailing Address, Other Address, or both before mapping the address into the record.

Save the populated Zoho CRM record

Confirm the mapped address values on the CRM page and save the record when everything looks correct.
